I see that that you don’t understand that a murder indictment can be found by a jury (in most states) to be manslaughter, but a manslaughter indictment can never be found by a jury to murder. So you always indict and try murder if there’s any question that it wasn’t an accident (there is).

Which is what a trial is for. Which is why evidence is gathered and presented. If she says it was an accident, and the attorney general agrees with her, then she gets away with murder as all the evidence that would’ve pointed to her premeditation and subsequent lies gets ignored as both the plaintiff and defendant…

Which might matter if the DA’s office was interested in prosecuting a murder case, but apparently they’re not.
