It’s gonna be funny when the Times releases the original copy of the letter and there are fudge covered elf hand prints all over it.

I thought New Hampshire was a stand your ground state?

The electoral college that has allowed republicans to win the white house several times despite losing the popular vote? Or how a senator that represents less than 300,000 people can cancel out the vote of a senator that represents 18 million people?

Yeah, that’s a lie. 33 ounces per liter means 2 liters is nearly 70 shots worth.

These bright, tasty treats attract the attention of people with dementia, and the firm, easy to grip ‘drops’ makes them simple to pick up.

I understand they’ve never done it. I also understand they were explicitly created so they could do it. Nor am I a fan of the idea of some votes counting way more than others. It’s antithetical to a democracy.

You realize that 20% of superdelegates being black is lower than the 22% of registered democrats who are black right?  And that underrepresentation will actually increase because the percentage of black democrats in congress and governorships is lower than 20%? So how does reducing the power of a group over

Is there a lastpass extension for it?  I like the idea of deleting all cookies and clearing the cache every time I close the browser, but there’s no way in hell I’m remembering all my passwords for every site.

“Now, if something happens to me, I’m going to be too scared to call police because I’m afraid it will end in a tragedy.”

Which is exactly the point we’re making. The white Oscars have no problem giving awards to popular movies that are white, but if a black movie looks like it might be a contender...well it doesn’t deserve to be in the best picture category...because people liked it? I guess?

In actuality, J.R.R Tolkien famously hated allegories. He didn’t want people reading things in his writing that he didn’t intend. Of course he couldn’t control what people think, but he didn’t intentionally write it into his work.

I’ve moved 4 times with the same single coffee machine. It has one job. As long as it keeps doing it’s one job, I have no reason to replace it.

So what you’re saying is that it was a big budget adaptation of a popular work of fiction?

I still remember the time I got bumped into while carrying a tray and I dropped 2 large ice teas directly into a woman’s purse. I’m not talking on her purse, I mean the two full cups fell directly into the mouth of this giant bag and disappeared (which is kinda her fault for, cuz who needs a bag that big anyway?)

“Honey did you forget to buy coffee filters?”

It’s actually kind of the other way around

without women or people of color

Not Carson. This is a republican lifer. Someone who Trump didn’t pick personally but was ‘highly recommended’ because he knew his way around Washington. Cabinet secretaries don’t spend nearly enough time in the West Wing to get inside info. This is someone who works in the White House.

Weird, cuz I don’t remember Lord of the Rings needing a special category despite being a popular movie.  But I guess there were a lot of British accents

That is dependent on the state. I know the state right next to Oregon (which a growing chain might be interested in) considers political affiliations a protected class.
