Almost every piece of Star Wars television media lately, from the Bad Batch to Obi-Wan to the Mandalorian, has been building up for TRoS. Every single one of those shows throws either a casual nod or major plot points toward the idea of Force sensitive cloning, which is obviously trying to set the stage for “Somehow,

Back when I worked with people with severe and persistent mental illness, we all had a saying: When you’re poor they call you crazy, when you’re rich they call you eccentric.

A lot of “Musk seems to be confused” when what I think you mean is “Musk is being vague, difficult and trying to obfuscate in bad faith.”

Good luck.

They’re fools if they’re upset about this. The bucket went insanely viral, people who don’t give a shit about novelty theater popcorn buckets were talking about this. You could not find one at any theater (I know, I tried).

It’s insane to me that recent court documents have revealed that not only does Elon send hundreds of tweets a day via his main account, but he has used multiple burners, many of which he uses to comment the same type of bullshit laugh-cry replies he uses with his main account. So hundreds of tweets on main isn’t

This is all so tiresome.

Agree. Also it was annoying that a lot of the Angstrom Levy stuff was front loaded into the beginning of the season, and then completely absent from much of the remaining episodes, only to come back kind of out of nowhere in the last episode. Which was especially frustrating because much of the in between episodes

It’s weird that saying “30,000 dead, many of them civilians, is a bad thing, and maybe we shouldn’t indiscriminately kill aid workers” is considered controversial by some people.

A person seeking asylum and going through the proper channels as established by the government is not “illegal”. That’s a person doing it the “right” way.

But it has “queer sensibilities” because...it has a cast featuring women, and uhhhh some gay people seem to like Dakota Johnson? Queer!

I’m confused. The info from Twitter seems to indicate if you had 2,500 VERIFIED subscribers you’d get Premium, and if you had 5,000 VERIFIED subscribers you’d get Premium +. I remember someone pointing out that these parameters actually only applied to a very small number of people.

Agree with this. It took the original designs and tweaked them just enough that they worked in a live action setting.

I mean, yes I agree 100%. Not sure why you started with “No”.

That assumes knowing the cost of droids vs the cost of slave labor. There is always a cost to droid labor, even if it’s not to the droid itself. Materials for construction, facilities to manufacture, upkeep, storage and maintenance. We know droids in the SW universe need to “power down” and recharge so they can’t work

Elon Musk is not a typical CEO. He bought one of the biggest social media platforms at a vastly inflated price just to have his own personal sounding board to make people listen to him. He’s in the news just about every day, touting Great Replacement Theory and other far right conspiracy theories. Most automaker CEOs

I mean, they’re not mutually exclusive. It sucks right now AND is taking away jobs. Not only is it being used to replace human workers, but it can’t even actually do that. It’s dangerous.

Droids might work for free, but there’s still a cost to make and maintain the droids.

The problem here, that I don’t really see even brought up by Jon (at least not mentioned in the article) is that AI actually isn’t even close to being able to do things that corporations and tech bros are trying to implement it in...and may never be able to do it.

Eilish is still young I guess...you’d think she’d know by now that every single statement she makes will be taken out of context and twisted for maximum clicks.
