All I see from their wording is “safety scrims and barriers”, but even if they are planning to put screening over top of the bridge, that doesn’t change the fact that putting a film on the current barrier serves no safety purpose and will not itself stop anything from being thrown from the bridge, nor will it stop…

In his defense, “rules don’t apply to him” is pretty much par for the course these days (I’m not actually defending it, it’s infuriating).

It seems like it was less a “costume” and more an entire professional staged photo shoot featuring a full environment with props and things from the film, which I guess is the celebrity “thing” instead of wearing a costume and going out, you just take a bunch of professional pics for the gram.
