I’m still able to use my shared Netflix account. I thought I’d be cut off but so far, no issues. Is this univerally enforced yet?

It doesn’t even have to come to that. Like the Pirate Code, NASA’s policy is more what you’d call guidelines than actual rules. They aren’t enforced by law, NASA is basically just saying “we don’t condone it”.

God, I hate this.

I usually advocate for reading to the end of an article, but when that article is needlessly stretched out into a 15 slide slideshow, it’s asking a lot of folks.

Guaranteed Jason Aldean has cussed out a cop. Isn’t it a small town rite of passage? The Man gives you shit for being underage drunk in public or joyriding down the strip, and you tell him your pappy’s the mayor and he can’t do shit.

My brother texted me the Gargoyle news yesterday and I said “I’ll believe it when I see it”. I guesss I was right to remain skeptical.

The toy franchise has been pretty successful at retail in some capacity for the past couple of decades. I’m sure some exec just can’t stop himself from wanting to exploit the franchise.

The police did nothing likely because they knew it was one of their own. Also, they can’t be bothered to actually do shit anyways. Then when they were made aware it was an NYPD officer, they proceeded to continue to do jack shit.

It also depends on WHAT the rate limit is. Twitter’s rate limits for non blue checks were pathetically low, you could run out of tweets in 5-10 minutes if you were scrolling briskly. If Meta’s rate limits are tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands, that’s not a huge deal.

It’s so annoying! Threads has all the DNA to replace Twitter, but their immediate focus on shoving brands and influencers in peoples’ faces, as opposed to letting them actual follow people they want and use it as a source for news and info is infuriating.

I like Instagram (well, I don’t *like* it, but I use it and understand what to expect from it). But if Threads is just Instagram sans pictures, what’s the point? Whether they admit it or not, they’re a Twitter fighter; they should act like one. Nobody wants the Instagram experience with less features.

Airlines can cancel my flight, shuffle me around, change everything whenever they damn well please, and if that’s the case, then I can decide when I don’t want to complete a trip journey. Once I pay for a ticket I should be able to use or not use the ticket as I please.

The problem is that their algorithm is actively dissuading people from having a good experience. It’s terrible at suggesting posts, it just shows a bunch of random brands and influencers and you have to go in and mute or block. If it actually suggested based on my interests instead of just dumping a ton of brands on

This is my experience. It’s actively difficult to engage with, because it shows me a bunch of posts I don’t care about, AND has a habit of showing the same posts over and over at the top of my feed, all the time.

He’s literally just incentivizing rage bait and shitposting. Incredible.

Yeah for whatever reason Morning Spoilers can’t be assed to put more than an (incorrect) sentence about it, rather than actually explaining what’s happening.

Thank you. Can’t believe this article literally doesn’t expand beyond the headline, and doesn’t even mention the actors’ strike, only the writers’ strike.

Cool, so glad a huge contingent of elected officials flat out refuse that climate change even exists. Love living in this crumbling society where we’re constantly being bombarded by heat, storms, wildfires and floods.

Ah ok, I see now. That makes sense.

Yeah, it’s normal and obviously not a scandal but because everything sucks she’ll probably resign while Thomas and Alito will serve for six more decades as heads in jars.
