I am an asshole so that works just fine! Might as well be clear about it.

I know I did.

I don't care what anyone says: this movie was a blast. I especially don't care what men have to say about it, honestly. It wasn't for them. It was a movie catering to the secret dreams of teenage girls the way that most big dumb blockbusters cater to teenage boys, or at least cater to the teenage boy inside the men in

I can barely remember what Dolarhyde's background is (from the movies, I never read the book) so I've really been hoping they'll get into it in the show. He's a monster made, not a monster born, which is a contrast with Hannibal that I'd like to see explored.

It annoys the heck out of me that Katz never got mentioned again. You'd think Price and Zeller would remember her at least.

My opinion is that he was scared for her. Her fearlessly putting her fingers in the tiger's mouth was beautiful both visually and symbolically. That animal GLOWED. And it nicely parallels her touching his thighs later, and lying in his lap.

Goat cheese and a dab of strawberry-rhubarb jam on a toasted baguette, topped with prosciutto. Satisfied my sweet-salty cravings very well.

It isn't the direction I expected them to go with Bedelia but I'm fascinated by it. Her layers of misdirection were so powerful that they snowed the audience as well. Even the casting of Zach Quinto, who has played a couple of well-known villians, was a trick. Clever clever writing.

I think they're the same thing. Also known as black pudding.

Yeah, I don't hate Jack and I might even kind of love him, but he is so ruthless. And now that Bella is gone all he has is that job. It's scary and most likely it will destroy Will's life haha. ha. :(

I'm praying it's a fakeout.

Armitage was compelling enough that I never noticed he didn't have any lines until the recap mentioned it.

I dropped Hannibal awhile back because the weird way it was treating the female characters was bugging me and also I felt that I'd lost touch with whatever drew me to the show; the plotlines no longer made sense to me and in particular I no longer recognized Will Graham. I never believed he was Hannibal's mirror but

Personally I found that girl's post a little too *winkwinknudgenudge* for my tastes. Like it wasn't actually an accusation of anything but it did vaguely suggest that he behaved like the kind of sexually-predatory older man you get hanging around teenage girls sometimes; maybe he over-reacted but if it had been me I

No kidding. Like how much of that is the author, and how much was the request? Some mysteries are not meant to be solved.

Dax is a humanoid. She has 2 arms 2 legs 1 head and looks exactly like a human woman. An alien slug/USB stick living in her innards doesn't change that.

I'm not saying they did it perfectly. But I still think it added a layer to Dax's character. I don't recall them suggesting that she was acting against her preference but it's been some time since I saw the ep. And I think it was the first time I saw a potential same-sex relationship treated as being a natural thing,

…but pansexuals are part of the LGBT community. They aren't straight. And I don't think her alien status matters, since nobody would argue Worf isn't heterosexual because he is a Klingon.

Oh, I think it depends heavily on how much text-based horror works for you in general. Some people are very visual and it just won't work for them. When I rec horror it tends to mean that I think it's a well done story, rather than something that personally scared me. Because a lot of them don't - Candle Cove is a

No, there's really a fic like that out there. It was aYuletide (yearly winter challenge one) and a parody.
