Very misleading headline. Completely agree with this statement. Seems as though the author is writing an article mostly defending their choice to live alone to a person who never really asked the question.

Eugene Mirman is really underrated.
Click bait title basically.
The headline is a bit misleading. You should definitely experience living on your own in between living with roommates and living with a significant other.
Yes. Like Eugene Mirman is great on start talk because he makes what NdGT says even more interesting without hamming it up or taking away from the science. It’s a good idea in general, it just didn’t work on Larry Wilmore’s show.
No, but see, when you have a single person pitching a book, the host is interviewing someone knowledgeable about a subject, and even if you aren’t getting serious, in-depth information, you’re still getting some valuable snippets. When you have a roundtable with one expert and a fucking comedian peanut gallery on the…
I feel that Larry Gilmore is a smart guy and is funny, but the show wasn’t a match for him as the host. It felt disjointed and not cohesive like parts of it were actively working against his style and he was trying to play along and it came off awkward. If they reworked it after this intial in a big redo maybe it…
I love Larry Wilmore but I think the concept didn’t suit his particular hosting style. He’s too laid back to wrangle multiple personalities around a challenging topic.
I still don’t know why they let Ricky sit at the grown up’s table.
But we’re going to get more Chris Hardwick instead.
Yep. I mean, it’s still a comedy show, and it’s still under 10 minutes, so don’t expect Meet the Press, but I’d say it was more often watchable than not.
I think tonight's episode really highlighted how good he tends to be on women's issues. Like he gets it and is a good advocate.
Oh my god, FUCK THOSE GUYS. Their lacklustre zingers are not an excuse to talk over Bill Nye when he’s talking about a potential revelation in the origin of living things.
Perfect example! I just want to choke the comics out and let Bill Nye drop the science on me!
Yeah... it’s pretty tough to watch.
That’s the one thing I took away from the show. I watched the episode with black women in a round table discussion of modern black men. The women had barely grazed the topic when he cut in to make dumbass jokes. Then it ended. It was frustrating to realize actual information would not be forthcoming.
Omg I have never seen this segment. I am screaming. LET BILL NYE SPEAK, FFS.
edited to add: OMG WHEN THE NO-NAME COMEDIANS START TALKING. OMG. I CAN’T STOP SCREAMING.
I know people liked his show but I don’t understand why....
Sad how people think they “deserve” access to celebrities.

This case is so tragic. Our obsession with pretty, dead white girls is getting sickening. And it makes me sick that people are still cashing in on it. Just saw a commercial 5 minutes ago for Dr. Phil’s exclusive interview with Burke Ramsey. While I admit I wonder how he turned out growing up with so much attention on…
