I love Larry Wilmore but I think the concept didn’t suit his particular hosting style. He’s too laid back to wrangle multiple personalities around a challenging topic.

That’s the one thing I took away from the show. I watched the episode with black women in a round table discussion of modern black men. The women had barely grazed the topic when he cut in to make dumbass jokes. Then it ended. It was frustrating to realize actual information would not be forthcoming.
