To be fair, the child policy on Southwest is for kids 6 and under, so they would be separated from their 7 year old if they were too cheap to pop for $30 to $80 (which they appear to be).

Pay the premium fee then. Don’t bitch because you were cheap and checked in late and then had to deal with being cheap and checking in late.

We are repeatedly told that officials can review plays for things other than what was specifically challenged which makes it dumber

Exactly. And this is something that I’ll give them 50-50 that they will tweak in the offseason. This is the 17th game where pass interference was review able and the 2nd for anyone on this crew. While no one wanted to make illegal contact a review able play, I believe that they may revise the challenge rules in future

Oh that would be interesting.... If a former slave had 10 children reached child bearing age (meaning there can be 50 people alive now that have a claim on his/her reparations) do their descendants get the same as when there are only 10 descendants alive today.

There is a free way to get it, but its not a free station. Just ask the DirecTV subscribers who lost it for a month in August because of the carriage fees they wanted to charge them to watch it.

DirecTV (including their no access to satellite offer) or an illegal stream are the only 2 options for that.

for reasons i can’t comprehend

I was of the opinion that no team with a top 5 WR would do it (hence no team with OBJ or Hopkins) as the upside was outweighed by the downside. Case in point is the Steelers. Once they felt they had a top WR in JuJu the headache ceased being worth it.

Because they don’t need him.  OBJ and Landry are already a good set of WRs, and they have a strong running game.  I just don’t think putting him in there is going to add much for the potential drama on the downside.

Oh I agreed 100% that a team would sign him. I was just doubting the amount of guaranteed money he would get in case he pulled this stuff again and they had to bail.  And while the Patriots did give him more guaranteed than I thought, he only got a 1 year deal because they are afraid of the same thing.

Why do you think he’s going to get better offers? This was the second organization he blew up in the time that most teams have played 60 minutes of football.

But at what point do you do something? The frozen feet was something that could have gotten him on the Non-Football injury list, but the Raiders didn’t do that. The constant helmet drama was something they could have fined him for (it was not a valid reason to miss camp), but they didn’t. Only then, does he skip a

Of course. Wear a helmet anytime you are doing anything faster than your body can run, since that is all the force your body is designed to absorb.

Because people who are knocked unconscious and found 15 minutes later and then rushed to the emergency room don’t die of just a concussion 2 days later. That is not how concussions work.

He didn’t die from a concussion. A properly-worn helmet would have prevented his death from what I suspect was a fractured skull and probably subdural hematoma that lead cranial pressure and ultimately his death.

Sure you can. If the 4 other players you are playing with are really good, they are going to ignore you a lot.

A whole preseason... Wow they really got a good chance to see if picking him 68th overall was worth it by putting him in a room with 30 other players vying for 14 spots in the front 7. I’m sure then got minutes, maybe even enough to make one whole Hard Knocks episode on tape regarding his skills.

I understood about every 5th word, which makes this the best thing I read on the Internet today.

Like I said, I can’t think of a single thing I’d want to see/do there.
