I live in another country and when I fly home to visit my family my mother body checks me at the airport. It is literally the first thing she says to me, before “hello"! One of the many reasons we no longer have a relationship.

All the stars! I am a natural hourglass (not skinny though) and I prefer that people pay attention to my achievements at work, not my boob-waist ratio. These types of dresses and sack dresses are my entire work wardrobe for this very reason and these are seen as chic where I live so it's all good.
Have you tried a calorie tracking app like My Fitness Pal? It is tedious at the start and you’ll need an accurate set of scales (I bought a cheap digital one online) but it may help. My SO used it (and the gym) to lose about 45 pounds. I started using it too, to keep him company, and I was shocked at how much sugar…
I live in a cold climate and wear (still presentable) boots to work and then change into plain black flats/brogues (I don’t do heels) when I get there as they go with everything. Might be an idea once you settle in and know if you have somewhere to stash them. Good luck for Monday, you’ll be great! :)
That sounds like perfection. No other words!
My thoughts exactly :)
I tried it briefly a few years ago and didn't notice any improvement in any of my symptoms. I just want to add though that it's worth reading up about drug interactions as it interferes with certain things (or so my GP warned). Can't remember specifics, possibly some oral contraceptives...
Me! I had so many plans to exercise, clean and reorganise things and I basically started today after almost 2 weeks of sloth-ing. But the upside is that it made me super ruthless and my wardrobe now looks like Marie Kondo herself was here (or I think so anyway), so that just leaves the other 98% of the house D:
Omg your neighbour sounds amazing! I want one :/
I am a current Northerner and can confirm all of your points are still accurate.
You beat me to it! I was just going to say this is almost a pretty typical night in Manchester.
My Christmas must-do is to wear jammies all day and 2015 was no exception :D
Late here and reading one of my Christmas gift books. Lovely :)
The Grinch (the original animated version though). It's a must watch for me even though it's cheesy :) also that's one cute dog!
