How many times have we watched Tony Stark die ignominiously now?

Yeah, I don’t want to rag on Sam too much, but these reviews read like someone else watched the episode and described it to him.

Uh ... the scene of her waking up in the hotel room starts with a shot of Thor asleep on the couch. Then there’s a whole joke when she’s at the door talking to Maria and she claims she doesn’t know where he is, and he starts blathering on in the background about a rabbit in the sink.

I know the animators have been a bit free with their interpretation of the characters, but Thor looked so unlike Chris Hemsworth he was almost unrecognisable.

Is it terrible that I’ve laughed both times he’s died on-screen? I don’t hate Iron Man or anything, but they’re making him look hilariously un-heroic in this series.

Yeah I’m surprised it’s remembered so fondly, when I saw it in the cinema I thought it was fine, nothing special. The ‘empowerment’ in it struck me as very shallow. But maybe it’s worth a rewatch, it sounds like it’s aged better than some of the other films of the late 90s.

Yeah, the whole zombies survival schtick seems especially tiresome in the era of covid. Dehumanising the infected, gleeful murdering, and surviving by giving up all morality are kind of the opposite of what we need at the moment.

Yeah it always makes me laugh that a country with bears, cougars, mountain lions, wolverines, coyotes, moose, rattlesnakes and king cobras is scared of the mostly shy animals we have in Australia.

From the little bit of dialogue between Mobius and B-15, I got the impression that the TVA was still all about pruning timelines, but for different reasons. Maybe their new job is to keep multiple timelines tidy for Kang the Conqueror, or cut off certain branches but allow others to flourish.
