James Patrick Kelly’s “Think Like a Dinosaur” (which was made into an Outer Limits episode) comes to mind.

See? Even Jesus thinks abortion should be safe and available.

Clearly, you have never been in a mis-(or dis)connected love rectangle, sir.

Great review. That was a well reasoned, well explained “C”.

The summary for Catch the Fair One is misleading.

I hope we get a directors’ cut of this amazing movie.

Seems like they’re not going to do part of the season overseas, which is probably for the best (if the “It’s Always Sunny” experience is any guide).

Yeah. I lived in Toronto for eight years and I’m having a tough time thinking of something that would define a stereotypical Torontonian. Leafs fan, sure, but every city supports its own team.

It’s nice to read that Strickland is still doing great stuff. BSS is still my favorite, but I’ve enjoyed them all. If Portland hadn’t cancelled its film festival this year I probably would have seen this one already.

How do I know if I’m keeping it 100? Is that something I should even be attempting?

I’d prefer a sequel to Spy.

Whoa. Yes, please.

I was hoping (but not expecting) that they’d draw on Harlan Ellison’s Spider Kiss/Rockabilly take on Elvis. And based on the trailer, there might actually be a bit of that.

Well deserved! It’s an excellent film and everyone involved (including A24) should be richly rewarded.

Portland, OR. I think the issue is that halloween stores are in malls or in the burbs, two places I almost never go - so I have no idea what they are called these days. (My halloween “needs” are satisfied by spending a few bucks at Goodwill, if that.)

I’ve never heard of a “Spirit Halloween”, which made this article a bit confusing.

Part of me is clearly still 11 years old, because “the titular star” made me giggle.
