Just to add to that scene a bit more, the MIB suggests that he normally wouldn't allow someone (Lawrence) to talk to him like that, but in a past life… maybe.

Thinking about that now, I had almost discounted the two timelines because the park cop guy says Dolores was off her loop implying that the Dolores with William and Logan is happening at the same time as the backend park stuff. But remembering the little girl that disappeared and then the train disappearance as well,

To add a little more smoke to the different timelines theory. This episode had Delores telling William that she used to believe everyone had a path, then the MIB tells Lawrence an old friend of his used to say that line.

There is a scene I'll have to rewatch, but they imply that Delores is way off her loop and they are going to send someone after her. This is when she is with William and Logan, though. I'll have to verify that they were actually talking about her now, I assumed they were at the time.

A few things -
1) There is a quote in some episode about how they are there for months at a time before they can rotate home. At first I just took it as this place was too remote for most people to live by, but maybe your idea has some merit.
