As a Chinese person, let me tell you that 95% of the slurs I’ve heard throughout my life time have been the laziest, corniest “jokes” that were stale when your grandpa used them. The most insulting thing to me is that somehow my people aren’t worthy of coming up with new and original racism.

I actually liked Ghostbusters better than A Simple Plan. Anna Kendrick was great and Feig wrote some good dialogue, but Jesus, a five year old could have cracked that creaky old trope of a mystery.

He’s an idea guy, not a explanation guy. Most of the time not even a coherent through line guy. Usually a forgets about the idea five minutes after he floated it guy.

I have yet to hear a good review of this from critics, horror fans or even average movie goers. I knew the adult half of the story was going to be the hardest to pull off, but it sounds like it’s an utter disaster.

I like them too, but it really is funny how angry their fans get over the slightest criticism. The album had been released for a few hours before my friend was on social media bellowing “If you don’t like the new album, you were never really a Tool fan!” Really? It needs to be like that?

I don’t see where upsetting Tool fans is ever a #bummer. The music fan base that’s the most fun to piss off is easily the Tool fan base.
