What is so blasphemous about this as opposed to all of the other works of fiction that tread similar ground? I’ve only watched the first episode so far, but it seems like a sillier version of The Omen. Shouldn’t they be more upset over something like Supernatural?

It’s been such a good year for TV, but I don’t know that I’ve ever been left wanting more at the end of a season as I was from Fleabag. Phoebe Waller Bridge is a great writer, but she’s also an incredible, charismatic presence in front of the camera. I wish she did more acting.

“Hulu’s sometimes lackluster horror anthology series” is being pretty kind. I’ve barely been able to make it through any of them as they all go from interesting premise to varying degrees of insufferable and obvious. I’ll give this one a try, I guess, but it’s the last chance I’m giving this series

It’s a small correction if you aren’t Chinese. That shit gave me flashback of being a kid in Oakland and having the other kids making ching chang sounds at me and asking me what they were saying.

No, but the bed is. WAKKA WAKKA!

That’s an entirely different issue.

Today I learned that my wife gaslights me on a regular basis.

Would these be The Peckish Games?

You’ve done your good deed for day by alerting me of the existence of Wicked Lake. I’d like to return the favor and point you towards Robo Vampire, also on Prime.

“The director of Birdemic wishes his intentions were this pure.”

It figures that it got better after I gave up. I have bad luck on sticking with the wrong shows and dropping the wrong shows.

Could we maybe at least start remaking something that could use an improvement and hasn’t already been remade before?

Agreed. It’s not hard to understand how the show was terrible when the source material also was. Zoo is the one I can’t believe they botched. That was a solid idea for pulpy, schlocky fun and they made some boring detective show that hardly had killer animals in it at all.

Oh, fuck. It’s the Assassination Nation guy again? That movie had far less to say than the director thought it did and was about as deep as a kiddie pool. Now he thinks he’s going to make seasons of a show examining the same themes he couldn’t even pull together for one movie? No thanks, but good luck on being the new

Is it wrong to hope that all of these employee free hell holes get ransacked, robbed and vandalized?

Especially when it doesn’t even make sense as to what was being said.

I’ve defended this show and I’ve stuck with it, but they just can’t stop writing June as stupidly reckless at times and just a flat out asshole at others. Rebellion? Good. Agency? Good. Constantly endangering the lives of anyone that sticks their neck out for you? Please stop.

No problem. It’s easy to interpret meaning wrong when the whole conversation is kicked off by a bad faith comment, as you said.

What the fuck are you even talking about?

No, I teed off on the Who? comment too.
