West Memphis Three was the first thing that came to my mind too, but It’s sounding like only one person was falsely blamed for the crime, so it may just be an allusion to misdirect viewers.

That would be it. Even 4 had the decency yo add a couple of decent ideas to the mythology, but it just wasn’t good in any way besides that.
Final Destination, as a horror franchise, might be the best one overall. Three are great, one is good and one, while terrible, is still not hitting the lows that other long running horror franchises hit. I’d love to see more, but Melton and Dunstan are terrible and other than the first Feast, they just don’t…
Pretty sure there are cartoon hearts floating above my head right now.
I’m not sure how writing an article about how offended you are that The Rock said everyone wants to be offended all the time is suppose to be an argument against him anyway unless this is supposed to be meta.
I’m one of the few people that liked Daredevil S2, but unlike everyone else I liked the Elektra/Hand storyline and hated the Punisher/Karen Page storyline. I’m not that heartbroken to hear S2 of Punisher is not good.
I understand and sympathize. My wife has been vegan for years and she approaches it just like you do. She keeps her mouth shut about it and doesn’t look to convert, but faces a lot of hostility and dumb question when people discover her diet. I do semi-vegan for health reasons, but eat meat once in awhile and cheese…
No, I’m genuinely asking because I never really hear anyone talk about being vegetarian. I hear and see a lot of vegans and vegan products and assumed most vegetarians have just slid into veganism. Just kind of seems odd to be vegetarian when that’s basically Vegan w/dairy products, although that’s usually harder to…
I don’t understand the point of a vegetarian menu. Are there really a lot of vegetarians out there still? Seems like people are either going to be meat eaters or vegan and Taco Bell already had vegetarian options.
I don’t think it’s likely, either and I don’t think it’s a scenario that was dreamed up by anyone with real inside knowledge. Just comic sites looking for clicks. It is an interesting theory for the work they’re giving to IDW, though. I don’t follow the sales figures enough to know, but it sounded like DC was back in…
I’ve really lost the ability to look forward to any Marvel title when it will probably last six issues or less and then be cancelled only to be rebooted/retconned and constantly be tied into some ill conceived event every couple of months that requires me to buy 47 other comics in order to follow the story.
I’ve seen speculation that Disney is trying out subcontracting the comics because the Marvel HQ lease is up in NYC this year and they’re thinking about shutting the whole publishing side down and letting other companies make the comics for the big name characters in order to maximize profits. I have no idea how…
The one job Trump was perfect for. He didn’t even need any makeup.
I think there’s a lot of trying to appeal to everyone in order to try and get more viewers as well as trying to avoid controversy. We already know they wanted to make a new category just for popular films, now that that has failed they need to try to push in things like A Quiet Place and Blank Panther and probably…
Amen. I’m really disappointed by the continuous over inflating of both A Quiet Place and Black Panther at the expense of much better films like Hereditary. At least BP can claim to be a cultural zietgeist. I don’t know why A Quiet Place is getting so much attention.
Coachella - The Fortnite of music festivals.
The moral of the story is Sandra Bullock finding out that racism might be wrong after her abused Mexican maid calls 911 for her, just like a white person would do. Other than that, its main thesis seems to be that everyone is racist, so we’re really all the same and that’s somehow hopeful?
Sigh. Please go over a few sites and read the article The Root posted earlier about this subject - Don’t be the asshole bashing Obama.
He’s probably clever. He’s just not good at his job.
Because half the time if you’re the first person to flip out on Twitter about any given subject, 100 hokey websites will run a click bait article about the topic that’s nothing but screen grabs of tweets and your tweet may be featured, bringing you hundreds of new followers to soothe your narcissistic cravings.
