No, Eli Roth isn't worth defending at this point. Whatever promise people thought he had, he's never lived up to it. He's sort of like the worst parts of Tarantino without any of the talent. His politics also get worse with each movie and even Cabin Fever, which I love for it's weirdness, has aged very poorly.

I just never hear or read anything about Out of Sight and there's a defense of Jackie Brown every couple of months, somewhere. Out of Sight seems to have been forgotten. You'd think someone would at least talk about what kind of career Jennifer Lopez could have had if she had just stuck to acting and picking her

Out of Sight is an even more underrated film than Jackie Brown.

So, Girls?

Just think, if Nancy Botwin had been arrested at the end of season three, sent to Litchfield for three seasons and then paroled to join a women's wrestling show, we could have had a great nine year run.

Maybe this guy and Neil DeGrasse Tyson can just stop reading or watching works of fiction.

The fuck is that grumpy hamster bullshit?

The advertising for Seeso was terrible. It mainly focused showing clips from 30 Rock, Parks & Rec and SNL which are already covered by Hulu and Netflix.

Goatse should really focus on making a new streaming service, too. There's a big, gaping hole in that market.

Legion has definitely helped, but she's been really bad in a lot of films in between that and Parks & Rec. It would be nice to go back to being excited by seeing her name in a cast list. I can't take another Life After Beth.

The only idea I've heard today that's worse is switching to Kinja.

People who miss Entourage, I guess?

Problem is, there's no way to get around how terrible the final episode of last season was other than pretending it never happened.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank SlingTV for not offering me the ability to watch the Fox Network.

Less episodes definitely would have fixed a good chunk of Luke Cage's problems and made Jessica Jones a masterpiece.

Yeah, i don't think diversity is a big issue to the demographic CBS caters to. It's sort of like asking why Hot Topic doesn't have any NCIS merchandise for sale.

Well, it appears that he hired Ric Flair as his lawyer, so he should be fine.

I'm proposing an alternate history where Asians get to figure into the TV landscape, too.

When do I get to see an TV show about an "alternate history" where Asian people get to be the focal point of a TV show?

That's how the entire west coast is. You get outside of the major cities in California, Oregon or Washington and it's all conservative redneck territory. Only the population centers keep the states blue.
