I've just read back to back articles about a new zombie show and a new YA dystopia movie being made, so I'm hoping I've been dreaming, it's still 2014 and Cinnamon Hitler isn't really president.

It seems to me that every one of the group, after meeting Ezekial and seeing how the Kingdom is doing, would immediately be asking each other why Rick is still in charge.

It was during that slow motion sword throw that my wife turned to me and asked "Are there different people writing the show, now? This has gotten really weird." I explained to her that they've just come to the conclusion that Z Nation is a more entertaining show than theirs.

I agree that the level of quality in a script is what matters, whether it's R or PG-13. But, do you really believe most major studios can make that call when it's regarding a tent-pole franchise with a budget over $100 mil? They're going to base that decision on which way they think will make them the most money and

Are you sure they're not just protesting Josh Gad? That would be understandable.

I was talking about the characters currently in the Marvel films. Sure, there's some out there who could support an R rating, like Moon Knight or Blade, but none of the characters we have had really need an R rating.

The choreography of Cary, Kerry and Oliver all dancing and fighting in the montage left me sitting with my mouth agape.

Disney's never heard of this guy before, huh?

Okay. Sorry. Not wanting to derail a thread with an argument over a totally different celebrity makes sense.

Thanks a lot for spoiling the directors cut of the upcoming Justice League film.

So, Octavia Spencer is the Dalai Lama?

I can't think of any of those characters that would need an R rating.

Or, Maybe, Deadpool and Logan both had trailers that made them look both well made and different. An R rating wouldn't have made me interested in BvS and adding in some fucks and decapitations wouldn't have transformed it into a good movie.

This is more like Gen Xers parents rejoicing.

I have to ask and I'm not trying to be rude here. Do you know Russell Brand or did you meet him and he told you something in confidence? It seems pretty weird to be coy about something he said if he said it publicly and sort of unnecessary to state on a forum that you know something juicy that you can't talk about.

This sounds cancelled already.

He's doing Who's On First with Tegan & Sara.

Let's just bring back Celebrity Death Match as a live action reality competition show that doubles as our Presidential election. We're half way there, anyway. Let's just go all in.

I would never give up my SNL gig for on pilot on CBS unless I was confident the show was reductive and unfunny.

I'm reading a quote about Josh Gad acting subtle and I'm thinking someone has to be playing a joke.
