I actually live in one of those states and never heard of Taco John’s until this whole trademark issue.

It’s really amazing how quickly people went from empathizing with them to just being over it completely (and by “people” I mean me). They simultaneously want to be left alone while also begging for all of the attention.

Wooooooooow. So, being “unsafe” in prison, which isn’t actually known for being a safe place, is now basically a “get out jail free” card? Where is the responsibility of the prison to protect its inmates? She can’t be the only person in danger in prison, who else is being let out for the same reason????

A world where that infant has a bilirubin level high enough to cause brain damage if not treated promptly and properly. A world where the pediatrician, who is also a person of color tried for hours to reach the family, who refused to speak with him because their midwife, who was really just a glorified yoga…

Maybe the show is quietly transitioning over to a Hunger Games-esque inspired format (which would definitely bring me back as a viewer!)

Totally agree. I love Angela Bassett, she is beyond talented, without question. But her performance in Wakanda Forever wasn’t groundbreaking or Oscar- worthy, and JLC’s was. 

Can you share some tips for those of us who might not qualify for a first-time homebuyer’s program, don’t have parents they can live with, don’t have connections in the industry, don’t have a father who’s an electrician, and refuse to be a landlord? Thanks!

I feel like folks here know this, but it’s never the responsibility of SA survivors to protect others from their assailant. And after witnessing what Amber Heard went through, I think it’s safe to say that it will be a very long time, if ever, before anyone in Hollywood comes forward to name their abuser.

This needs to happen. As long as people continue to weaponize the police for their racist agenda without repercussions this will never end. Attach a substantial fine for misuse of 911, with higher fines for subsequent offenses and maybe folks will think twice before acting like Karens and Chads.

I find Alison Brie to be delightful in basically everything she does. Sleeping with Other People, which stars Brie, and the equally delightful Jason Sudekis is one of my favorites.

I think at this point they’ve all very likely lasered every single stray hair off their bodies. With that said, I’ve never had a sister, so I don’t know, but is letting your sister wax your vag normal sister behavior? Because yikes.
