I had a 2005 Corolla that was a stick and the dealership had to search high and low for me to actually find it. I drove it for six glorious years before it was totaled, and I miss it every day. No one knows how to drive a stick shift anymore, it’s so sad.

Completely agree with all of this. I really, really liked this movie, and might actually go see it in the theater a second time.

It seems like he goes out of his way to make people dislike him.

I think sometimes that people forget that Maine is a predominantly red state. I spend a lot of time in Portland because I have family there, but once you get past the city the further (farther?) north you get, the fewer POC you see, and the more racist it gets. On a road trip to Canada, driving through Maine, my best

The dress is a zillion years old, I’m sure it was in less than perfect condition in the first place. Also, anyone who’s ever worn a dress with beading or sequins know that some of them invariably fall off, she didn’t “damage” the dress.

Agreed- I think this has been my favorite season so far!

What an absolute nothingburger of an article- talk about attempting to create issues and controversy where there aren’t any.

Why pay for drugs and alcohol when you can steal them from work for free!? /s

The jury wasn’t sequestered, so if any of them were on any kind of social media they would have 100% been exposed to the Amber Heard smear campaign that took place- consciously or otherwise, there’s no way that didn’t influence the outcome.

I saw Mulaney’s show in Portland, ME, and everyone had to secure their phones (and there was no surprise guests at that show). Inferring that it was coordinated because they knew folks would object to Chappelle’s jokes is definitely a stretch.

White people don’t go around calling other white people “ghetto”.... just sayin...She knows what she said, she knows how she meant it, and if you have to explicitly say you’re not racist it usually means that you are, in fact, racist.

When this first happened I felt really terrible for Alec Baldwin- what happened on set was clearly unintentional, and isn’t something I would wish on anyone. With that said, the more he talks, the more he deflects, the more he makes excuses, the less sympathy I have for him. At what point do you just STFU and take

Sooo, unless you’re sleeping on your back the entire night, how does the majority of the goo not just get wiped off on your blankets and pillow case from changing positions throughout the night????

Totally agree. While she may not be in the same place she was when the conservatorship was implemented, she is not ok. So many of her Instagram posts are barely coherent ramblings that don’t paint a picture of someone who is totally stable. I worry (as much as I can worry about a celeb I will never meet) that because

There is a podcast about Paolo Macciarini that is so good that I missed two exits on a road trip while listening to it.  I think it’s the 3rd season of Dr. Death on Wondery.

I definitely knew about the sexual assault, I believe that played a big part in her willingness to participate in The Accused. I did just Google, and she has a disorder that can lead to lung and liver disease.

(I realize I could Google this...) but doesn’t Kelly McGillis also have some pretty substantial health issues that contribute to her appearance? I feel like I read at one point that she was unwell- which makes the Tom Cruise comparison and overall criticism of her that much crueler.

Except this isn’t a sex scandal, it’s a consensual relationship between two adults.

Ok, I loved the original SATC, but I’m 100% with you on the reboot. This show did not need to happen, none of the stars are hurting for money, and it really ruined the fact that all the storylines were resolved with the last movie (also horrible). We do not need a documentary to explain the ridiculous wardrobe

I LOVE Tatiana’s theory about Samantha moving back to NYC and not telling any of them. I know this won’t happen, but it would be amazing if it did!
