A couple of weeks ago, Tebow was in town playing against our local AAA team. He hit a home run further than I’ve ever seen one fly in the stadium, it was damn impressive.

“Jazz: A musical form invented by groundbreaking saxophonist Kenny G in 1982.”
We had a Switch for 6 months, and finally got rid of it after the drift on the left stick got so bad that it was just unplayable. I know it doesn’t hit every Switch, but for me it soured me enough to never go back.
The more amazing thing to me is that it’s apparently so anonymous that you can literally delay a plane without anyone knowing that it was you.
“remember that the ump that admitted to blowing the call that cost Andres Gallaraga a perfect game faced blowback from the union.”
There’s no question that the job sucks, but so do many, many other jobs. I’m not sure what your point is.
Yes, Deadspin and every other sports media outlet, blog and talking head is jealous of Barstool sports, and not reporting on how shitty the people associated with Barstool sports are. You’ve figured it out.
Vote with your wallet, people. If dealerships charge fees that you don’t want to pay, just walk out, problem solved. There are plenty of dealerships that don’t engage in that sort of crap, give them your money instead.

“The Suzuki Samurai faced similar accusations over the years and nowadays nobody cares. “
For some reason people love to “race” stuff they can’t keep up with. See also: every lunatic in a lowered civic revving their engine at me while I’m on my motorcycle. It makes zero sense.
I mean, what’s the other option? Flying along at 120 in a 45 mph zone? You can’t stomp the pedal all the time in any vehicle.
that’s correct...you don’t have to get the joke.
While that may be the case in many industries, the NBA legal tampering period is very different than other industries. It’s a system just ripe for these types of things to happen.
But this simply isn’t true. He agreed to terms with a team, and committed to signing a contract once it was available. Calling that “an informal agreement” is disingenuous. I’m all for player’s having the power in the NBA, but if you tell a team that you’ll sign a contract when it becomes available, you’ve entered…
