Harry’s story was a mess this episode. They took what should have been 2 or 3 episodes of a character arc and stuffed it into 10 minutes. There was so many filler episodes this season they totally could have fit all that in a proper story arc for him.

I think I remember a similar kind of scenario a few years ago in a domestic violence situation where it was argued that the perpetrator was “only” a threat to the victim but wasn’t a threat to the general population so he was given bail.
