We’re not talking about Howard Stern, we’re talking about your use of the phrase “sleaziest women” referring to the women he’s dated. I know next to nothing about Howard Stern, nor any of the women he’s dated, I’m defending women in general. Your response doesn’t indicate that I’ve interpreted you incorrectly, you’ve

Sleazy means sordid, corrupt, immoral- but when referring to women, it’s often used in a puritanical way- “sordid affairs, corrupted, sexually immoral”- and since you were talking about him trying to appear a “family man” despite his shock jock hyper-sexual persona- it logically follows people would interpret it that

This is SO true. I don’t care about all the dick jokes and callouts and whatnot, but I’ve come to believe he is the greatest interviewer of my lifetime. I can listen to him talk to a celebrity all day.

And your direct sources for all these “sleazy” women and such? Would love to hear ‘em. His current wife is not sleazy in the slightest. You just sound ridiculous.

Hmmm, Howard started dating his current wife, Beth Ostrosky, not long after the divorce, and, from what I’ve heard, she’s not at all sleazy.

“sleaziest women”

The movie was based on his autobiography, and detailed his life as he had lived it up until that point. As a listener and fan, I don’t ever find myself thinking that he isn’t being totally honest about or taking responsibility for his actions. I always thought that transparency was the backbone of his entire career.

They got divorced 4 years after the movie and had been married for 23 years. It's probably more complicated than you make it out in this comment

I spoke with a transgender coworker who expressed a sensitivity to the way some people can inaccurately refer to their transgender family members after their deaths.

The point that many people are making is that he may be a psychopath (I don’t know, I’m not his therapist) but that he definately IS a racist. He is in each and every way a racist. He may be a psychopath as well, wouldn’t surprise me, and he may act racist because he thinks it will further him in some way, whatever,

Racism is common and ubiquitous. It is not rare and exotic.

I don’t really give a fuck what the genesis of a racist or any other kind of haters contempt is. Trump is racist (and sexist and all the other -ists) in action. I don’t need to psychoanalyze why, and it’s certainly not a get out of jail free card for all the MANY times he discriminated against people because of their

Trump took out a full-page newspaper ad calling for the immediate execution of some young black teenagers who, as it turned out, were not guilty of the crime they had been coerced into confessing to. If you think Trump isn’t not only a racist but a deliberate racist, you aren’t giving him enough credit.

For those of us who have to know what racism, in every form—the subtle, casual, insidious, accepted forms, too—looks like, we don’t get to play this game. Trump is what racism looks like. He can be a racist AND a general asshole, all at the same time.

He and his father were sued by the DOJ over their refusal to rent to black applicants. The NYT did a great piece about it a few weeks ago. Jodi Avergan on fivethirtyeight said that the first thing he wants Trump to be asked during the debates is to account for this lawsuit and answer for how he treated black

Horrifying as this is, I’m surprised it hasn’t happened before—Trump brings out such hate in his followers.

Because the appearance of impropriety in a woman is more of a threat than actual evidence of impropriety in a man. This is known.

OK, so HRC had improperly marked emails on a server that was not the official State Department server, and people are all up in arms that maybe some classified information maybe COULD HAVE BEEN compromised (let’s pay no attention to the fact that the actual government servers on which her emails would normally be WERE

Your second point left me scratching my head as well. It’s not a goddam house party.

1) Doesn’t the very fact that the interviewer had to repeatedly stress to Trump not to get into the specifics of his intelligence briefing make the entire point about Trump not being fit to be the President?
