I stand corrected, it's definitely "FOINE" in this episode, but "NOICE" in "The New Lars."

Lars and Sadie aren't holding hands, though it's really difficult to tell where Sadie's left hand is. Lars is lounging, and Sadie is frowning while paging through an issue of "NOICE", a publication last seen in "The New Lars."
