Personally, the only one I really liked was Racers.

I can tell that you haven’t finished the game. I can also tell that, if anything, you as the player are responsible for Kara’s supposed fragility. In my playthrough, Kara shot and killed Todd, repeatedly outwitted the police, and bravely and cleverly made her way to freedom. And never mind the fact that the male

Thinking that we don’t still need to worry about countering the Russians is absurd.

The help he is referring to, among other things, is the Marshall Plan, which was post-war assistance.

Without American assistance...? Do you have any idea how many tanks, planes, trucks, ships, bullets, barrels of oil, tons of steel and bags of grain we supplied the Soviets with during the war? They would have collapsed without American aid, as would the Brits.

Clear eyes, full hearts ...

Several years ago my roommate went through his DVD collection and got rid of everything that was available on Netflix at the time. All these years later I’d be surprised if any of that stuff is still available. The lesson: Don’t get rid of something you already own just because it’s currently on Netflix.

The only one of those things that people thought would never happen (and, I add parenthetically, who on Earth ever concerned themselves with Honda making a turbo civic or Chevy an EV?) is the mid-engined 911, and even now that’s just in a race car.

This comment is criminally under-appreciated.

Not surprised to see this. My local store (which is not closing) is just not competitive on prices with other local options like Target or Walmart. Plus, the place is kind of a dump.

I’m really surprised the mighty hippo isn’t in on this.

The Mopar Dom shows up in at the end. I also liked the Monte Carlo a bit, mostly because it was more of a “real” car and not a fancy hero car.

Cool, Soul Blade 7.

I often wonder if the Internet has been a net-positive or a net-negative for society. I’m still not sure of the answer.

I was working as a mechanic back when all those 3.8s were blowing their head gaskets. The small shop I was at once had three in a week.

I don’t know if this is important to note, but I was there for the race on Sunday and there was no fly-by. This must have been for the Saturday race.

Say what you will about Mega Bloks (now Mega Construx) but at least they’ve moved away from stickers.

The Saturn V is a Lego Ideas set, and apparently Lego has decided that none of the Ideas sets will use stickers. Why they don’t extend that philosophy to the UCS sets is a mystery to me.
