God I loved that game. Go Dawgs!
This is the first game that popped into my mind when reading this article. Seriously, these CoD guys are way behind the curve.
One thing you have to remember is that while you, the player, now know that Booker and Elizabeth are related, neither you nor them knew they were related until the end of the game. And as of now we have no idea of what either of these characters are aware of in the DLC.
I got into a horrible argument about this one day with a guy at work. He thought I was utterly crazy and claimed that he knew for certain what a fedora was because he was a theatre major...
The PC Master Race at it's finest...
I wish there were a way to filter them out, aside from just not reading the comments altogether...
Except Microsoft can do whatever they want with their network. Don't like it? Don't join.
My original disagreement with you was your assertion that turbos don't make an engine more efficient. You want that efficiency argument to just be about fuel economy. I'm saying that it's not just about fuel economy, but about being able to do more with a smaller engine. F1 is switching to turbos so that they can use…
Except I don't entirely agree with your position. And fuel efficiency isn't the only type of efficiency. There's volumetric efficiency, mechanical efficiency, efficiency of manufacturing, etc.
I'm not going to take that Consumer Reports test as gospel. There's a lot wrong with the way they drew their conclusions.
Except turbo chargers can be "magical efficiency improvement" devices. One reason you see a lot of turbo chargers used on small engines is so you can get small engine efficiency at low speeds/RPMs (because the turbo isn't spinning all that fast and thus not really doing anything) but then also get more power when the…
I don't have a backlog. I buy a game when I mean to play it, and if for some reason I know I'm not going to finish it I trade it in or sell it on ebay. Can't quite understand people who have stacks and stacks of games they've never played. Terrible waste of money.
Again, to each their own. I liked Fable 2 and 3.
To each their own, but I'm going to have to disagree with you on that. I'd much rather play Halo and Forza than Killzone and Gran Turismo. Plus we got all the Gears of War games, the Fables, timed-exclusives like Bioshock and Mass Effect and a bunch of DLC. Some of the PS3 stuff was cool, but it never made me wish I…
It's not the base model, but I think your point still stands. The Z06 and ZR1 are going to be pretty incredible.
Okay, so Amazon, a company that's no stranger to ridiculous hyperbole for the sake of corporate hype, says the two consoles are breaking pre-order records, for whatever that's worth. I'll wait until people are actually buying the things before I worry about breaking records.
Care to provide a citation to back up that claim that the Xbone is setting records for pre-orders? And seriously, what makes you think, outside of some marketing BS, that Kinect 2.0 is going to be any better than the first one? Hands free motion controls suck. They will always suck. There's nothing the Kinect is going…
1. It wont' result in awesome new innovations, and it hasn't in the two or so years since Kinect 1.0 released.
Even with price cuts, an Xbone with mandatory Kinect is always going to cost more than a PS4 without a similar feature because the PS4 is going to get inevitable price cuts as well. So no matter what, the Kinect is going to make the Xbone more expensive than it needs to be for its entire life cycle.
