Yep. I’ve used interview questions like “greatest weakness” to gauge whether or not I want to work at a company (I literally stopped returning their calls). If the best they have to offer on selling me the job is pre-packaged questions from the 80's, then it’s most likely a shitty environment based around following

Well, actually, one needs to lead with “Well, actually,” in order to man correctly. A “m’lady” close is optional, but is there any reason not to aim for maximum patronization, m’lady?
