I swear if I was rich enough, I’d buy it--assessed value of $2.3 million? For 2.5 mile paved track, facilities, and the other paved courses on site?  That’s a screaming deal! You couldn’t buy the land and build all of that for anywhere close to that price.

Early 1980's USA-model Volkswagen diesel pickup truck. That thing was a dog (and not in any good ways, either)! Glad I wasn’t the owner of one of those.

Hot tip: when you are approaching such a car to pass, hold your foot on the brake pedal, it over-rides the ACC. When you lift your foot, it resumes speed.

Every time I watch an onboard lap of someone racing at the IoM, I feel like it’s a video game replay that’s been sped-up 3X normal speed. I’ve never gone quite 300+kph but I certainly wouldn’t do it on such a narrow road completely lined with deadly obstacles.

So many sports would benefit if they switched their official rules with Calvin Ball rules.

I’m just saying that at the distance, given the engine and current power-level, that one begins to feel the slightest bit of pull regardless of other factors.
