Nah, make it drag the chains, like every other Dakota tow rig seems to do....
Nah, make it drag the chains, like every other Dakota tow rig seems to do....
Hardly surprising. The Border Patrol is, in the hierarchy of federal policing, just one step above the TSA. People who the FBI, Secret Service and even the Postal Police have rejected apply at the Border Patrol next. Also, the BP (at least at the southern border) have long been a bastion of anti-Hispanic racists, and…
Never could understand Goldwings; They are essentially the Toyota Camry of the motorcycle world, so why not just buy a Camry? That way you get a trunk and A/C for about the same price.....
“Plus, I’m just about certain that rear bumper is from a 1978 or so Ford Fiesta.”
Man, that’s sad. I’d think that anybody with the intelligence of a potato could get a criminal justice degree, especially if they took an extra year to do it...
You know, we have an entire government agency called the TSA, and their sole job is to keep people like this from doing stuff like this. Of course, the reality is that the TSA is a place where the “Paul Blarts” of our society go to act important, but really they provide almost zero actual ‘security’.
“Folks have asked the manager what’s supposed to happen to people who can’t afford a nice car or repair. She responded, “We understand the policy is not for everyone” and left it at that.”
“Another Tesla hit piece from Jalopnik. You wouldn’t even be writing about a car being locked to a Supercharger if it weren’t a Tesla! I haven’t seen a single post on Jalopnik about other cars locked to Tesla Superchargers.”
People in the midwest are always slow to come to the realization that they’ve been hornswoggled by a grifter. I’ve been to the Lordstrown plant back when it was making Cavaliers, and the poor build quality from that plant was legendary. You are also in a location where secondary union activity (non-UAW) was often…
Yes, once again, NYC life resembles a Seinfeld episode......
Wow....I wonder if they had a camera overhead, and were looking for material for “Best Parking Fails #98" on Youtube?
“Heck, I find myself acting as a spotter just so that they can get out faster...”
Two reasons to back in: 1) You are already in the traffic lane, so you SHOULD know what’s coming up on you before you back in. Then, when leaving, you have a much better view. If you’re backing out from a spot with cars either side of you, you don’t have a good view on the traffic until you are already blocking at…
Wow, that was fucking terrible! My 16-year old sister had better lane discipline on the first time driving a car!
I’m sure he’s glad that he didn’t scrimp on the safety chain. As a former OTR driver, I used to hate these rigs with a red-hot passion. At best, these long camping trailers wobbled in their lanes, and usually a foot or 2 into the next lane as well. Add to that clueless owners who stuffed more weight behind the axle…
Pretty impressive, Torch, but not as good as the singing wall socket I saw online just yesterday....
Dacia used to sell cars in Canada, and you used to see quite a few of them in and around Montreal. I believe most of them turned into iron oxide after about 5 years.....
Yeah....unfortunately that was a really stupid TV show.....
Seems to be a thread here; last month people in Plymouth Hoe had Facebook chiding them for using their town’s name and banning them....
Ya know, when a company called “Hindenburg” says that your company is about to ‘crash and burn’, I’d listen to them........
