I think my favorite thing about the right supporting Trump’s ability to overwrite a constitutional amendment with an executive order is that they don’t think about precedent; if Trump can revoke the 14th Amendment because he feels like it, then the next GARSH DURN LIBEREAL president can revoke the 2nd.
