I’m not going to speculate on her behaviors outside of this story (because I haven’t heard of any and it is unfair to assume previous work history), but I will say this.

She did it on her personal account numb nuts. She has every right to defend herself in public. And if I was reprimanded (again, because I am a dude I wouldn’t be fired) for doing so on my personal twitter account I would immediately look for new work, because that is a toxic work environment.
