Block ads, and if you’re patient enough, block Javascript, and manually whitelist the domains you absolutely need access to (after some trial and error of figuring out which ones you need on the fly/getting a feel for what kind of domains centain kinds of sites need to function).

The graphics don’t determine whether or not a game is boring - the graphics determine the level of immersion. Gameplay is king, and all the cute, fun, flashy, stylized, clever, interesting “indie”, “8-bit”, “retro”, voxel, cell-shaded, game visuals in the world don’t matter if your gameplay isn’t entertaining.
