This would have been the best if it was Chris Klewe posting.

Yeah, I know Gruden’s a chode and King is one of those rare awesome and fun punters, and Gruden’s white and King is black, but it’s hard to really argue with this:

That, too, was always a burning point with me. Apparently, the Force (along with Ben and Yoda) are far more forgiving than any deity I’ve heard of. He nuked an entire planet full of people, and how many thousands of rebels, not to mention his own ‘men’. But, he gets off by taking out the one head bad dude. Exit

All black guys have huge dicks!!

Christ, he’s punter, the most easily replaceable position on every squad. While i’ll admit to enjoying his antics, what coach on earth would want a punter that draws personal fouls, and divides the locker room (and His teammates have legitimate issue with the whole Talib thing) in any capacity? There are tons of

Chris Kluwe. Tanned. Rested. Ready.

Somebody’s gonna wear one just because Berrios is a big fat baby.

Yup. And if teams are going to shift against a young player, doesn’t that player have the responsibility to show future opponents that he can get on base in that situation? And maybe make those opponents think twice before employing such a shift?

I can’t imagine the cosmic level whining that would be going on in MLB if Rickey was still being Rickey.

Even if it was a no hitter, it’s your pitchers job to protect his no hitter not the other teams.

You misspelled “needs to be burned”.

Official statement from the Twins also rebuked Arike Ogunbowale for not just dribbling out the clock like a professional with some CLASS.

It’s a long season and I’m sure Sisco would like to see the shift less often. Plays like this will help to accomplish that goal. So regardless of the context in the game, it was a good decision to bunt. He may have dramatically increased his odds of having a good year.

“If it’s ok to shift with a 7-run lead, then it’s definitely ok to bunt.”

I never really bought into the last-minute redemption of Anakin Skywalker from all the horrifically evil shit Darth Vader did in the Star Wars movies, and I can’t buy into Rick ever really being redeemed from something as overtly cowardly, depraved, and evil as this. He’s just another post-apocalyptic murderer, and

“It kind of took some of the drama out of what might have unfolded, but that’s fine.”

The only thing dumber than a team thinking it’s fair game to put on a shift to prevent someone from getting a hit, and being upset that someone would try to hit the ball to where the shifting player vacated is that same team not realizing how stupid they will sound complaining about it.

STOP TRYING WHEN YOU’RE LOSING. WTF man?

You know there is a big problem with your show when you have more sympathy for the villain than the hero. Would anyone even care if Rick died at this point? Nearly every decision he has made has been the wrong decision.

There’s no chance in Hell they’re going to resolve the “War with the Saviors” storyline in the last two episodes this season is there? This is making Hershel’s farm look like a passing subplot at this point.
