I feel you. I'm on a journey back from the land of huge myself (gained sixty pounds during my pregnancy, just got back to my pre-preg weight a few weeks ago). I ate everything I craved during that nine months from hell (because I was tired, miserable and suicidal) and a lot of it was pretty bad. I now feel so guilty…
