Well, arguably, by using her likeness and her story without compensation, it’s a violation of the “right of publicity.”  She could sue!   I believe there are usually exceptions for news reporting, but not for creating a television show.

I just watched the Brad Pitt eppy of Friends, and he was so smoking hot back then, I was really happy for Jennifer Aniston. She got him when he was prime Hollywood meat. 

I know no one will ever confuse Brad Pitt with Alec Guinness or Laurence Olivier, but I *really* hope he wins an Oscar for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. He was so great in it.
