He wouldn’t have won, he would have still had the 10 second time penalty. So 2nd place at best and 4th place possibly would have been the outcome for him regardless.

Based on the attire of the cyclist (full protection aka ATGAT), mannerisms while on the motorbike (smooth and controlled), and choice of motorbike (Aprilia RC-51), I knew this had to be an older adult male (35-50) and a seasoned rider.
