Looked at this earlier today. With the proviso that it is based on really sketchy numbers found on the internet, I came to the conclusion that globally there are roughly 2 million people taller than 6-6, 75 million taller than 6-2 and 375 million taller than 6 feet. Also, the average vertical is 16-20 inches.
