That movie ruined me. The quarantine scene horrifying. I use to get very angry at classmates that could point at me and say "E.T. phone home." I changed the channel for the commercials for the release.

For me it was the part in the corn field, when you see a leg, but you don't know if it's anything because corn fields are tricky. Too many childhood games of corn tag and seeing creepy things.
