Yeah but I think Bernie ended up glad that he dodged a bullet. It could have been HIM in those awful debates with Trump. He wouldn’t have beaten Trump anyway (in the election) so he saved a little dignity.

See this is how Manhattan is so different from the rest of the country. I live in Pittsburgh and we have deer everywhere, we see them all the time. They’re cute to watch, and dumb but mostly they’re a nuisance. Those who drive early in the morning (just before dawn), or when the sun’s going down (heavy commuter

Yes I hope the Democrats in NC have something on the ball. There are going to be some Supreme Court cases over this. They’d better get cracking.

Spete I’m pretty sure that nobody under 40 even knows who George Wallace was or what he did back in those days. I’ll bet ol’ GW rolled over in his grave when Obama got elected. The times they are a-changin’.

Same thing

Yes but you can’t meet any rich, single stockbrokers up there. These girls want to meet the insanely rich stockbrokers (that are also hopefully single) so that’s why they’re on Wall Street. They don’t care what the rent is becuase their new boyfriends will pay it for them.

We all know why they’re living in the Financial District. They’re going out every night in hopes of meeting insanely rich stockbrokers. Once a girl meets the right guy, it won’t matter what rent she has to pay, cause the rich boyfriend will take care of her. Don’t you ever go to the movies? It happens all the time in

I thought the brokers were making their dough on the buy/sell fees. The more often the stocks get bought and sold, the more they make and we poor suckers are paying their commissions.

This is so unfair to Andrew McCutchen! I live in Pittsburgh and my whole family are long-time Pirate fans. I can tell you that he is loved in Pittsburgh and nobody wants to see him traded. It’s just these awful releases sent out by Pirates management press office, and I’m happy the whole thing backfired. He had a

Yes it’s usually the SUV drivers, they’re so-o-o-o obnoxious.

Fun times! :-)

I agree that Manhattanites are wimps. But ... when they get 6 inches of snow, there’s no place to put it. They have major problems trying to plow the streets.  They can’t push snow off the side of the road, they have to scoop up it into huge empty pickup trucks and cart in out to Long Island (or somewhere.) Thankfully

Yes I was thinking that too, but Anthony Hopkins isn’t coming back to play ford. if they use this story-line it will be a different actor playing Ford. Still a possibility though. I’m wondering how they would do flashbacks and show the new Ford in past situations. Not sure if they could do that, it would be tricky.

We know that Anthony Hopkins isn’t coming back for season 2. But that’s not saying that Ford is dead, another actor could play Ford. Or maybe live-Ford is dead in season 2, but host-Ford could still be in the story. It would hard to do flashback stories with another actor playing Ford though. People will be really

Interesting, but I don’t know that Bernard has any awareness of the “outside world”. He only has the implanted memories (his son etc.) and he knows they aren’t real but they’re all he has.

If only they could bring back Yul Brynner!

That would be news to all the large (and profitable) corporations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Sweden and a half-dozen other European countries.

I have to disagree with you.yes.you, since I voted for Hillary. I really believe it would have been light-years different, but oh well.

I’m going to take a wild guess and say you’ve never been to Europe. I have and they’re actually doing this in several advanced countries right now, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Skandinavian countries and maybe others that I haven’t seen. Don’t say it can’t be done. Like Hamilton says, it’s a

Don’t lose hope, you are making a difference. It’s just hard to see on a day-to-day basis. I believe that the best chance we have is to reach out to the youngsters, the teenagers before they’ve given up and dropped out. They’re not getting much help or guidance from their parents and that’s where the charity and
