Bret was introduced as the alternate version of Jughead, but now that Donna is in charge, Bret’s been downgraded to the Archie of the group. Is it so he can turn on Donna later for threatening him? Post-murder Bret would eviscerated by Season…

This film might not score a perfect 10, or even an amazing 9.... but with those people involved, I think it’ll get a Super 8.

I can’t quite tell if Betty is evolving into The Shadow, Batman, The Punisher, or something else... but whatever it is, The Dark Betty Show is one of the best parts of Riverdale.

Also: I watch the show on Hulu, so I don’t automatically see the ads for the next episode.... we’re already at the “only three episodes left” point of the season? I know it ends early, but I completely and totally forgot that it ended early!

I love how Madison has grown from just a joke of a character to an actual fleshed-out supporting character. It’s been done well and I love it.

I’ve read theories before on how this Wells is actually Reverse-Flash, and I hope it sort of becomes true. Although I think I prefer it being where there’s like, a fleck of Reverse-Flash that was implanted in there before crisis and he sort of grows and takes over? as opposed to Reverse Flash being his dormant…

As a very very white American whose family has been in the country for many generations.... I’m going to miss this show!!! It was funny, it was sweet, and although I couldn’t directly relate to some of the issues, who hasn’t felt like a fish out of water at some point? It was still a blast to watch.

As The Clone Wars went on, the animation got better and better. This premiere... oh man, it’s been stepped up a notch. The quick tracking shot at the beginning? Beautiful.

In a show with Black Hoods, Cult Rocketships, Plot Bears, Mob characters and Emotional Support Corpse... it felt extremely absurd that Riverdale’s teenage characters would celebrate the Ides of March has a real and fully realized holiday.

It wasn’t just the music and red overtones that made it feel like Daredevil... it was the fact that you couldn’t see anything. The Netflix Marvel Corner sure did enjoy when it could turn off as many lights as possible.
