Motion for Rule 56 partial summary disposition regarding this comment.

That was my first reaction, but it’s disingenuous. The full quote paraphrased is “parents have a right not to vaccinate their kids, but public schools have a right not to give those kids admission.”

What is this, an interpretation of the rules for ants? The official’s judgment must be at least... three times bigger than this.

I don’t want your goddamn participation star. Your laissez faire attitude toward handing out stars is contributing to the ruining of both the comment section and America.

“Approaching everything like it’s a competition isn’t necessarily the healthiest way to go through life either.”

Don’t quote me, but I vaguely remember learning in law school that courts do not recognize “wrongful life” cases.

Rambo.

This piece was well-written up until this doozie of a conclusion:

The Vikings’ most famous star of the past decade is an egotistical, overly-dramatic, “LOOK AT ME” screamer whose life seems to revolve around pretending like he cares about the harm suffered by society’s most vulnerable while all the while his true intentions are still being the center of attention and deflecting

This is an excellent reference.

I was definitely fairly conservative when I began watching Stewart, and would justify my watching it as “you have to be able to laugh at yourself.” I’ve since become increasingly moderate/liberal over the years (or rather, much of the GOP has grown farther right/resistant to the inevitable progression of history), but

especially since the Rockies and Tulo have been on a trade-me-don’t-trade-me see-saw for the better part of a year

Yup good call

(Excluding Cena defeating Mysterio in 2011 for the non-CM Punk belt) 2010, Miz over Orton for the WWE Championship. I’ll now go give myself a swirly.

Anyone who's seen Trainwreck shouldn't be surprised that Cena prematurely busted.

+1

Agreed, Gawker Media. Using underhanded tactics to damage your competitors is morally questionable.

Does today’s news mean that soon we can expect you to announce your own hourly sports show to debut on Cinemax, except with MORE CAPS AND FUCKING CURSING.

I would make a scathing comment ridiculing this ridiculous post, but alas the giant tarped wagon is outside my residence waiting to drag me to Forced Gay Conversion camp. Cheerio!

“Lawyers for Brady and the union did huddle on Monday. One development from that: If there’s a lawsuit, plan is to file in Minnesota or Mass.”
