Yeah, basically if you call or email for any customer service reason, you can get it. I have a friend there and I've requested VIP for all of my friends and coworkers. It's awesome...but way too easy to buy shoes!!

Al of this is true about Nordstrom. I know because it was my first job when I was fifteen until I graduated from high school and I worked there again for a few years about 5 years ago as an adult.

Jon Hamm came to my city to attend the event I work for and my coworker who prints the badges got a call he was coming. Our boss let her personally deliver his badge and get a photo. Lucky!!
