She has the most perfectly rounded hips! So jellus...

@lalaland13: I almost choked laughing when I read, "Probably more the latter."

I took his, eventually. I agree that it sucks that I had to do all the standing in line and taking time off work. I maintain that husbands should be forced to accompany their wives to do this stuff (and vice versa).

@J.D.Regent: @katieb: in charge of the war on the poor.: I am fully aware that many of my comments on this site are of the "I totally met this cool person" variety. But since I work in the film festival industry, it is not a comment on my personal coolness.

I'm not Romany, but I do think it's lame when people say they got "gypped" rather than "ripped off".

I totes know Ro' Black! I was almost in a horrible play with her here in Austin, but she quit because the director was a jackass! Well, I only meet her once or twice, but still. I didn't know she was a picture postcard fifties wife. As far as I know, she's an actress. But, I guess, a housewife, too.

@BritneyCanadaWhore: There's not only a power struggle in male/female male/male relationships, that just happens to be the frame of reference this post is about.

@Archetype: That was my point exactly. Thank you.

I really like this post, and I knew it would draw some heat. I'm guessing the reason that Tracie's not looking at lesbian relationships in the same way is because lesbianism by definition takes the man out of the equation. It's essentially speaking to the power struggle or lack thereof when a man is in a relationship

Wow. America is bee-yoo-ti-ful in this clip!

Cotton does make a grody squeaky noise that I hate, so I feel for this woman. It squicks me out, but I wouldn't say I have a phobia.

Love her jeans (they fit great) and thank God she's carrying around a reusable thermos. Stars! They're just like us! They care about the environment!

@hollygirl: Girl, I feel you. My current circle of friends has overlapped beautifully. I feel lucky that my friends get along now. They didn't in college and that was HELL.

@miss anthrope: Wow. This is so interesting. You are a born memoirist.

I sometimes read Vogue, but honestly I mostly pick it up for Jeffrey Steingarten's food articles. And I'm not even that much of a foodie, he's just a hilarious writer.

Penn screaming "Fuuuuck!" at the very end of the video was priceless!

@tscheese: You rule at being cool in school.
