This is on one of your replies below

Kicker who is kicked off college team is not cash cow. If she’s any good at tennis, she might actually have a more lucrative and longer career.

Who issued the no-contact? If it wasn’t a real judge, the proper response is “fuck you.” I mean, they took his scholarship and place on the team. What else they got? They going to take hers away? Good luck with that PR look.

So are you saying Katz doesn’t have agency? And shouldn’t get to decide whether something happened to her or not?

You seem to have made your own judgement so who are you to pass judgement? And yes I am passing judgement on you.

Wouldn’t innocent people also have the same reason to the say the same thing? I don’t know what these people are into. Maybe they are into BDSM or just read 50 Shades. If both parties agree that nothing inappropriate happened, I like to give those people their own agency.

Believe the victim! (unless the victim is telling you she isn’t a victim, then don’t trust her!)

At what point does the alleged victim, who seemingly wrote a fairly well-composed explanation, that goes far beyond “he didn’t mean to do it,” provide legal grounds for the guy to maybe sue the school? And who has confidentiality rights? The witnesses? Granted I imagine he’s just kicked outta school with no legal

Or he’s willing to take Katz, the alleged victim, at her word. Doesn’t seem too crazy to me...

he was forbidden to contact me because of an unfounded concern about my safety (it was a one-way no contact order, and every one of my repeated attempts and those of my own attorney to have it lifted it were denied)

What a joke... In an effort to protect women from sexual assault, oftentimes Title IX denies that they have any agency over their own decisions/actions. “Oh, he didn’t assault you? You’re just scared of him. We’ll kick him out of school just to be safe.”

I guess some people only want to “listen to women” if the women in question are saying what they want to hear.

Very suspicious...why would a tennis player date a kicker?

“New York/New Jersey MetroStars” is an all-time bad U.S. sports franchise name. Let’s remember some bad team names!

Yeah, silently protesting before the games even start...what a selfish jerk!

Or, that it’s totally ok to knock women around or do drugs sometimes as long as you’re really sorry about it and sit out a suspension, but don’t dare let on that you have any sort of moral fiber. That’s GLORY BOY actions right there.

Skip Bayless knows how to take a good thing and run off the edge of a cliff with it though, doesn’t he?

That’s literally been the (stupid) consensus of every team that needed a QB this off-season and then promptly threw money at guys that are objectively worse QBs than Kaepernick.

Invoking and consulting Ray Lewis? Does that still make fans swoon?

I went to look up Joe Flacco’s back injury (because I don’t keep track of non-elite QBs), but apparently your take isn’t as hot as it could be:
