Jesus Christ, just outlaw baseball already.

As an aside, gunman with an assault rifle opens fire on a field full of United States congressmen (and at least one senator), shoots one of them and two cops. Gunman is then safely apprehended...

Sadly, no. This will just result in people having even more reduced access to their representatives (good excuse for not having any town halls!).

I’m not glad it happened, but hopefully this stems the left’s growing fascination with political violence (punch nazis guys!). This is where you end up.

Yes. Lower division teams never score goals in domestic cups in Europe!

I feel like a mandatory echocardiogram for all college athletes in the NCAA would lead to less unnecessary deaths overall, but god forbid the coaches and AD’s make less money to cover the expenses...you frothing dingleberry

Most college coaches look like tubs of lard, so many players would be saved by this rule.

I’m curious which league you follow where a giant has never conceded a single goal to minnows in a domestic cup.

This is just a protest of the corporatization of craft beer and AB-InBev buying up independent breweries.

lookit this buster-ass goober trying to bang the cans together like Thundersticks.

haha no she wasn’t.

Hillary was unpopular long before she entered the race.

It’s not just him. Bernie’s policy platform was pretty concrete and straight-forward on what they were offering in terms of policy. It’s a good thing.

It’s actually the opposite. Politicians and the media think the public is more conservative than it actually is, and part of that problem actually comes from labels. People who support left-wing policies but call themselves Republican, because they have a family history of being Republican.

This really can’t be said enough. Progressive policies win across the board when you ask about them without labels attached. But as soon as the politics gets thrown in...

Bullshit. People hated Hillary because she was Hillary, not because she had two X chromosomes.

Except that every poll that focuses on actual issues and concrete proposals shows that the country’s opinion looks like a Bernie stump speech. It is only a highly refined propaganda machine that keeps us divided.

Fix the problems. Or pander to people’s basest instincts and lie about your intentions to fix the problems while not actually fixing the problems. That is the choice that the Democratic party faces now. Help people, or lie to people?

It amazes me how averse much of the Democrat Party leadership is to simply saying, “We will fix this” and running with some relatively straight-forward policies. A lot of the complicated details of those policies will have to be worked out, but they’ll have to be be worked out as you try and implement them.
