I mean the thing is that it is hard to commit suicide in the absence of firearms. Believe me I have done a significant amount of research into this topic. I don’t really want to go around triggering people but suffice to say that the quieter methods take a significant amount of effort, planning and willpower.

I mean I’ve been there too. Spent like 3+ months in mental hospitals in my life at various points. Which is kind of a lot. But I think my suicidality did take a toll on my family and friends.
