I have no idea if they’re still around, this was 25 years ago, but in my mind’s eye it was on the north side of the Ventura Blvd right near where that old school Cadillac dealer is or was located. (and it was the waxy lardy creme filling I preferred to the overly sweet hostess creme)

Ring Dings...  Last time I was back in New England last June I saw Funny Bones on the shelf along with Devil Dogs and Yodels.  I usually don’t eat that kind of crap but always grab a Devil Dog when I go back to visit.

Living on the West Coast these days, I sure miss Drakes (Ring Dings > Ding Dongs)....
