Haha I’m a similar age and one of my colleagues just went on mat leave and she’s the same age as me. When I found out she was prego my (inner) reaction was “oh no what is she going to do?” and then I remembered that she’s an adult in a long term relationship with a full time job and this is what people do.

i just watched this entire thing and it is surprisingly sweet. until Kris Jenner blathers about a journey and something. she is ridiculous.

You are not alone in that feeling. I feel like I can’t have friends because I just can’t be emotionally available so it is just easier to isolate. I waiver between accepting that this isn’t just who I am and fighting against it. The struggle is real.

Sometimes this can be a cultural issue too. I’m Asian and the stereotype is that Asian people have never seen their parents hug - and in my case that is certainly true! If you’ve spent time with her family and they are not openly affectionate people that would indicate it may take her more time.

I guess I’ve had people tell me they love me and then have things fall apart so I’ve never put too much stock in it. What matters more to me is if they ACT like they love me. Also, she might not know that it’s important to you.

Ok, look...I’m an author, and I like to write and read horror, dystopian, and/or post-apocalyptic fiction. But if I sent an agent a query for a book that replicated everything this goddamned administration has done it’d be turned down as ‘too unrealistic’ and ‘nobody would believe so many people would be so damn evil’.
