According to wikipedia they hired artists from Canada and the UK, of course they still could have Japanese roots.

At least for one of them that might have helped. I bet the other one would have done it alone too.
Seems the truth is a mix of both. She was adopted by the gypsies, but she is also described as having black hair, dark eyes and tanned skin.
Wasn’t the Esmeralda from the original novel a random French baby the gypsies adopted and raised as their own? My memory is a bit foggy.
But part of that was to keep the dad’s identity a secret.
That doesn’t work in every country either. Firstly, because not every country has the tradition that the wife takes the husband’s name and secondly because many countries have rules about what can be used as a first (or middle) name which rules out most family names.
Or you’re a sleazy ex-politician (and ex-doctor of law) from Germany like Karl-Theodor Maria Nikolaus Johann Jacob Philipp Franz Joseph Sylvester Buhl-Freiherr von und zu Guttenberg.
I found it funny that my name doppelgänger lives in Brazil of all places. For all I know she could be some long lost relative because my family name is kind of rare. I can’t ask that woman because I don’t speak Portuguese and she doesn’t speak English or German.
The moment the name went live people bought up URLs and accounts with ‘Stormi Jenner’. She released the full name a while later. I don’t know if that was to fool people who hoped to sell the accounts for large sums or a reaction to that. If it was the first it was a good trick, since most people didn’t know Travis’…
Japanese don’t have them either.
Using facebook as a source, there is apparently one other woman who shares my name (though she has a middle name and I don’t). I live in Germany and she lives in Brazil.
Couldn’t they put a lock on the cage that the passenger can’t open themself?
Or ask any other arriving passenger if they want a hamster.
I assume it was meant to be some kind of parody. The band was called Space Curls and never did another song to my knowledge.
That picture is 10 years old.
I felt similar when I learned English. English songs are hardly ever censored on German radio, even the not so subtle ones, because kids and most adults can’t understand the lyrics. As a teen I really appreciated that my mother doesn’t understand a single word of English, I got away with stuff a lot of…
Vanessa is a name Jonathan Swift invented (a mix of his lover’s name Esther Vanhomrigh) that was later used to name some types of butterflies. There is a Greek god named Phanes though. He is the god of light and creation.
I just googled his real name and WFT he is younger than me and only 5 years older than Kylie??
Are that cousin’s parents German sailors? Kutter is German for cutter as in the type of ship.
There seem to be many parents who choose a name they either only heard and don’t know how to spell or a name they’ve only read and don’t know how to pronounce. There are some very let’s say ‘creative’ interpretations of English (and some French) names here in Germany that I can’t put into writing without inventing…
