I have not read if there were any track configuration changes made. That, that had as much to do with this as anything. I know Eau Rouge is Eau Rouge, but safer barriers instead of tire barriers and techpros might prevent the dead-stop crashes that created this issue.

Formula one has half the cars on the grid and half the number of races. In the last five years, Hamilton, Bottas, Rosberg, Vettel, Raikkonen, LeClerc, Verstappen and Ricciardo all have won races... (but of course just one has won most of them!)
