I will cop to gleefully giggling at the bergamot line and Fiennes’ reaction. And I will watch anything with Chau. Looks like fun.

He needed the money. Oh!

Found it barely watchable. This review is too kind.

Have to admit, for all its flaws, I really appreciated the “previously on” segment at the start. That was a nifty summation of films I haven’t watched repeatedly for decades like some of you.

Collateral, Color of Money, and Edge of Tomorrow should be the top three. And Jack Reacher should be in the top 10.

I find the lack of Short Cuts discourse deeply frustrating.

It took a few years to grow on me, but the Wachowskis’ film became my second favorite project they’ve yet done. After that, I just can’t imagine a series creating an energy as compelling.

“One of the most appealing men in history”...? Elvis was a hero to most, but he never meant shit to me, you see.

Kind of appreciate celebrities not taking things seriously or just being honest, instead of spouting the same rehashed marketing points.

We may not know what you do for a living, but we can easily tell you’re a miserable cunt.

As a comedy routine, it’s objectively unfunny. But on top of that it’s just ugly.  I was never a huge fan of the guy, but I’m pretty sure I’ll avoid his work from here on out.

It’s this review I don’t know if I should take seriously. But the film? It’s Cronenberg, so I know I’ll at least watch it once.

Just curious, what’s that accent Crowe is chewing through?

So now you’re just openly insulting people. You must feel really good.

Not sure why you’d give more space to a proud-of-their-anti-vax-stance actor.

I thought the Chucky piece was the most alternately silly/unsettling thing they’ve done in years. Worth a slide.

Yes to both.

Sally is not my favorite character on the show, but I absolutely despise the caricatures of entertainment people (or is it supposed to be Californians?) with their mellow monotones and blithe, blind reliance on stupid gimmicks. I fully appreciated Sally’s rage in that scene.

“around the time when every villain actually got captured on purpose”

Normally I wouldn’t indulge such a skeevy game, but glancing at her pre-2017 filmography, my eyes went straight to Pain & Gain and Small Apartments.
